There is also a convenient communal drying room in the attic, ideal for longer stays.
There is free parking for the car about 30 metres from the house.

Luino is the ideal starting point for exploring the various beaches in the vicinity. In about ten minutes you can reach Maccagno, home to the largest beach in the area.
